What does Made to Order mean?
In a world where everyone wants something now, it can be hard finding the patience for anything other than instant gratification. But at our store it's worth the wait! When you order our clothing, it is made by ninja elves who cut/sew each garment by hand while singing soundtrack tunes from Star Wars Episode III - Revenge Of The Sith. This process usually takes up to 10 business days from start-to finish.

A pre-order sale I've been silently stalking on Instagram just sold out. How does this happen?
Pre-orders are a bit different than a made to order. They need to be ordered months in advance so by the deadline, there might not be any left because everyone wants them! All these pre-orders are first come first serve - no one will have priority over someone else if they both order at exactly same time. So in the future, if you want one of them - better hurry up ;)
What does 7-Day Unlimited mean?
It's like having your own personal style consultant, with the ability to make any piece in stock just for you. How cool would that be?! But wait... it gets even better! 7-Day Unlimited pieces are guaranteed to be available for a specific time period – this time, for a whole week after they have been released. That's right, if you buy out the entire store in that seven days, they are all yours, and we'll start making them just for your precious little face. At the end of the seven-day period, any remaining stock will become a Limited Release. Remember to check the item's product description for the expected shipping date!
What is FINISH STRONG FRIDAY?
We bring back a limited release item so that on a select weekend only - from Friday to Sunday-you can stop guilt-shaming the people who love wearing clothes designed by Stronger Nurse. The point of this event is not just because we're feeling generous (although there are plenty more benefits). We do it because people like having new clothes and donating last year’s wardrobe helps others too!
What’s the difference between a sale and a promo?
The "Sale "section is where we give away some clothes that were too nice to sell at full price! Once you buy a sale item, it's tough to return; as per our ninja-friendly policy!
Promotions are like the pink drinks at your cousin Josh bar - they might not be what you expected, but don't judge by appearances. Promotions are temporary offers - so that might look like a particular percentage discounted from full-priced items in one category, or sometimes just one style. This could be connected to an upcoming sale for instance; or even better yet it's because we love ya and wanted do something fun! At the end of these promos periods our products go back at their original price with no additional discounts attached...unless you want us too haha ;)
We don't want you to feel like a petri dish experiment gone wrong, so we make sure there are no guitar strings attached. With promo offers, if the product doesn’t live up your standards - whether its not good quality or size- our *returns policy will ensure a hassle free experience for everyone involved!

How do I know a SALE from a PROMO?
Ahh, the SALE versus PROMO debate. It’s a tough one because they both sound so good!
A product is considered a Sale item when it is:
(a) marked as a sale item; and
(b) located on the ‘SALE’ page on the website
A product is considered a Promotional price item when it is:
(a) purchased during a temporary promotion period (ie VIP Days, Finish Strong Friday, 7-Day Unlimited, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Zombie Holiday); or
(b) purchased using a coupon or a promotional code; and
(c) is not located on the ‘SALE’ page on the website
It can be a bit confusing! But if you’re not sure about the red pill or blue pill and just want some general Tinder dating advice then we recommend checking with our Customer Experience Wizards.
So you just scored a killer deal! The Return Policy says that sale items aren't eligible for return except in case of faultiness. What should you do?
As per the refund policy, all sales are final unless there's some kind of zombie infection or mass hysteria going around and everyone wears tainted clothing so they'll feel better about themselves.
Full price purchases may be exchanged for store credit while promotional priced goods will get you one free magic pill from Dr. Suess' head doctor- also an exchange or store credit.
What if I have received something I think is faulty?
If you have received an item you believe to be drunkenly put together by our highly skilled ninjas, please contact the Wise Wizards from our Customer Experience team at email@example.com to discuss your options for an exchange, replacement, or store credit, subject to the conditions of our Returns policy.
It says ‘Sold out – no longer available’ will you restock?
We want our fans to be rainbow unicorns. Sometimes we like to make products limited so that the unicorns that do get them to get to feel really special AF. But if a product says “Out of Stock” then you can totally sign up for our rock your body restock notification and we’ll let you know when we are gonna bring the flavor back.
I have commitment issues. Do I need an account to make an order?
We want You + Stronger Nurse to last until the end of our cosmic tenure on this planet! Signing up for a membership is not necessary; however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information as well as our WTF?! Blog posts about travel nurse life-it can be pretty exciting around these parts (especially when new stuff drops). There are also certain promotions available just because they're "follower" worthy like say…a free limited release t-shirt or travel coffee mug...wowzers!!
Is my payment information safe from indestructible cyborg-killing machines?
We take your payment information seriously. You won't have to worry about cyborg-killing machines or nefarious cave men getting their grubby fingers on it! - In the payment section, tick the box that "Use Gift Voucher to check out".
- Enter your voucher number in the "gift code" box and your PIN into the box underneath.

First and foremost... remember to take 6 long-deep breaths. Cos if you don't, you'll faint and then it'll take even longer to get your Stronger Nurse Gear, and that's no good. Secondly, check that you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address, and payment info. Still not working? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. How do I make changes to my order?
If you email email@example.com within an hour of making your order and let our Customer Experience Wizards know your order number and the changes you need to make, they will do their best to make it happen. Note that our warehouse ninjas are sometimes even speedier than we expect so we can't guarantee that we'll be able to make changes, but the more quickly you can get in touch with us, the better chance we have! Unfortunately, we can’t add products to your order, but we can change your delivery address or sizes if your order hasn't already been processed. What are you still doing here? Quick! Email them!
How do I cancel an order?
It's so easy to cancel an order! But, just like changing it before the product is shipped out - there are some tough rules. You have 60 minutes from the moment click submit to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you have to cancel. Why only one hour? Because after that your order slip is printed down in packing and sometimes those warehouse ninjas are lightning fast!
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We know you're eager like a kid on Christmas morning to get your order, so we'll keep the suspense light and simple: shipping is FREE on all orders. Estimated shipping and delivery times are calculated based on the shipping location, shipping method and the value of your order. Note that these estimates do not include order processing times or potential customs delays and that they may be subject to fluctuation throughout the year. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 1-10 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 24-48 hours after your order has been SHIPPED. I'm so excited to get the latest gear! Where is my online order being shipped from?
Your order will be processed from the Kuiper Belt to the Utopia crater on Mars depending on current stock allocations. Accordingly, your order may be split between many packages. Please note that in the case of a split order, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails to track each individual package of endless bliss.
OMG, I forgot to order on time for the Megan Thee Stallion concert. Can I express ship my order?
We know how important it is for you to plan ahead and order often! We really want to make your order process as easy and hassle-free for you, but unfortunately we are unable to offer express shipping. There is no realistic way of shipping your order quickly within budget constraints without breaking any laws of quantum physics. We strongly recommend ordering with plenty of time for processing and shipping! However, if there's a big event coming up where timing would matter (like Valentine Day for your Bae), let us know so we can do everything in our power to make it happen!
What is your return/exchange policy?
STRONGER NURSE will gladly accept any full-priced items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt (or within 7 days of being contacted for an In-Person Pickup). We do not offer refunds. Items being returned must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid Return Authorization. All sale items, discounted merchandise, and items marked as “Special Release” are final sales, discounted merchandise and items marked as “Special Release” are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. STRONGER NURSE does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged returned goods while in transit from the customer. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking system.
In the event of an order returning back to sender due to an incomplete, invalid address or refused upon delivery, the customer will be contacted immediately and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping, NO Exceptions. If the customer cannot be contacted or chooses not to pay the required re-shipping postage, STRONGER NURSE reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and a 25% restocking fee will be applied towards the Store Credit issued.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving an exchange or store credit.
